1. General By accessing and placing an order through pariamasumi.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and customers of Paria Masoumi.

2. Products & Orders All garments are made-to-order and tailored to individual client measurements. By placing an order, you acknowledge that each piece is uniquely crafted for you. Orders are subject to a formal approval process before production commences.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. Paria Masoumi reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Full payment is required before production begins. We accept payments via the methods available at checkout.

4. Order Approval Clients will receive an order confirmation detailing measurements, design specifications, and pricing. Production begins only upon written client approval. Once approved, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Shipping Orders are shipped worldwide via DHL Express. Delivery times vary by destination. Paria Masoumi is not responsible for delays caused by customs, duties, or circumstances beyond our control. Any applicable customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the client.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, images, content, and branding on this website are the exclusive property of Paria Masoumi. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

8. Limitation of Liability Paria Masoumi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
