Refund policy

At Paria Masoumi, all pieces — including our Ready-to-Wear collections —  are individually adjusted and tailored to each client's measurements before dispatch and made-to-order and crafted with the highest level of artisanal care Due to the bespoke and haute couture nature of our collections, all sales are final.

Order Confirmation Process Before production and shipment commence, each order goes through a formal approval process. Clients will receive an order confirmation request and are required to approve all details — including measurements, fabric, and design specifications — prior to fulfilment. Once approval is granted, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned.

No Returns or Exchanges We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced. Each garment is individually crafted to your specifications and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Defective Items In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pariamasumi.com with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and offer an appropriate resolution.

Bespoke & Custom Orders All bespoke commissions, custom fittings, and made-to-measure orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.
