1. Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped worldwide via DHL Express, ensuring fast, reliable, and trackable delivery to over 220 countries and territories.
2. Processing & Production Time As all pieces are made-to-order and tailored to individual measurements, please allow 2–4 weeks for production prior to shipment. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Rates
- Domestic (Turkey): Express delivery — $30 USD / Express
- International: Flat rate — $120 USD
4. Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Turkey: 1–3 business days
- Gulf Region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain): 5–8 business days
- Europe & UK: 5–8 business days
- USA, Canada, Australia: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local conditions.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the client and are not included in the shipping rate. Paria Masoumi has no control over customs processes and cannot predict associated costs.
6. Order Tracking A DHL tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment directly on the DHL website.
7. Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order approval. Paria Masoumi is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information provided by the client.
